At RuBInc, sustainability is at the heart of our Vision for the future. Today, we are proud to announce the release of our Italian Headquarters’ first Sustainability Report, a document that showcases the commitment to integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into every aspect of our operations.

Assessing our performance has been a challenging yet crucial task that sets a precedent for future strategic planning and encourages a transparent and ongoing dialogue with all our stakeholders: customers, suppliers, employees, community, and institutions.

Our Sustainability Report details the actions we have taken to reduce our environmental footprint and create value for our stakeholders.

We have increased the energy efficiency of our facilities through the installation of photovoltaic panels, the enhancement of thermal insulation, and the integration of smart technologies, which have contributed and will continue to contribute to a substantial reduction in our energy consumption in the future.

Another strength is our formalization of circular economy principles in our products and processes. 100% of our brass ball valves are silicone-free and developed to endure over time, thereby reducing the need for frequent replacements and optimizing end-of-life recycling options. We also use more than 80% of recycled materials in our production lines. In particular, the process of collecting and reusing brass scrap serves as a tangible example of how we are committed to minimizing waste and promoting environmental sustainability.

Equally important to us is creating a safe and rewarding workplace for our employees. That includes but it is not limited to welfare plans, training programs, company cafeteria, and psychological support. Additionally, we collaborate with local and non-profit organizations to contribute to various projects, from safeguarding environmental and cultural heritage to promoting education and social programs.

This is just the beginning of our journey, with many more initiatives to come.

For you, for us, for the future generations.
